Join us to celebrate the Ecuadorian tradition of Día de los Difuntos with the famous Colada Morada - a unique purple corn drink honoring loved ones who have passed.
We’ll also bake traditional bread figurines together, and everyone is welcome to decorate their own. Come experience Ecuadorian culture and flavors right here in Berlin, lovingly prepared by Ecuadorian and international students.
There will also be a short introduction to the traditions about the history of Día de los Difuntos in Ecuador. We also look forward to hearing from participants who would like to share how this day is celebrated in their own countries.
